Set your intentions. Be content about them. Witness how life expands.

I woke up one August morning and couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to life. My eyes opened and stayed fixated on the ceiling. The once perceived smooth surface was now rugged with little rippled designs. I examined my ceiling further and thought of water.

I remembered a boat trip I took in Gambia 5 years ago.

One moment the motor of the boat shook the water all around it until in bubbled into a white flow of energy. The driver then turned off the motor allowing the boat to move in it’s own rhythm. As the boat slowly drifted with the water, I was stunned at how still the water had become. It was instant.

The once flowing water became a large still mirror for the sun to reflect upon.

The Point of this Memory

I realized life is about adaptability and movement. We are not meant to exist in one fixed form.

Instead we are suppose to be ever-changing.

This body carries a soul making this body a carrier. Just as our soul transports to different carriers, we must also aspire to experience and live in different forms.

Only then will we know our truest self.

Yes, this is a short post. It’s meant to be.
